The Steel Grit has 3 different hardness grades, which are applied to different needs:
High hardness GH should only be used for compressed air systems. Two types of GL and GP have lower hardness that can be used for spraying systems.
Generally used for deep grinding for details before plating, powder coating.
Large grain is used for sanding for large and medium-sized castings. Small particles are used to clean products outside the molding industry
The angularity of the grain grain creates an etched surface on the metal for excellent adhesion of paint, epoxy, glaze, rubber and other coatings.
A ton of slag (copper or platinum) produces about 28 kilograms of dust, while the corrosion of the steel produces a small fraction, which reduces the maintenance requirements of the filtration system when used in the spray booth. .
